Finally the site needs to work quickly! There will be plenty of competition for their business so do not let the customer to become frustrated with your site because of long loading times, pop up adverts etc.
The second area of expenditure is in the Online Marketing of your site. If you are looking for customers from all over the country or indeed all over the world the chances that the customers have heard of your organization are low. In this case you may require the services of a Search Engine Optimization Company to ensure that the search engines single you out as a result when pertinent keywords are searched for with the search engine. This will happen ultimately if you have relevant text on your site however the search engine may only record you on one of the later pages of results. A searching customer will expect to find what they want on page 1 of the results, and having found it will take it. So if your website is listed on page 8, 10 or even 4 the odds of getting any of that business are slender.
